[1st-mile-nm] NM PED Tech Map

Take any technology info from PED with a grain of salt. I believe PED was
gutted when
Martinez took office. Then there was a steady trickle of talent drained
off from PED as many of
the remaining experienced people have retired. Before Martinez, the
technology
bureau had about 1/4 of the people it needed to provide useful support
to school districts.

But there could be renewed interest in technology as the corporate powers
are introducing
computer-based standardized tests starting next school year: No Child Left
Untested!
