[1st-mile-nm] Friedman on Chattanooga's fiber network

I agree with Ed .. that's a pretty big hill to climb.  I'm dumbfounded at
the lack of understanding of our "leaders" .. just what the magic of fast
broadband can bring.

Possibly the competition between the providers could help?
