[1st-mile-nm] FCC Broadband Report

The FCC released its latest national broadband report today.
The report includes latest (2011) statistics and maps for wireline
and mobile coverage.

The FCC indicated that the country still has 19 million residents
who are completely unable to get broadband connectivity of any kind --
including satellite broadband.
