[1st-mile-nm] Southwest Telehealth Access Grid

As a follow-up to yesterday's posting on the digital divide and Navajo 
Nation article,
we should note that the Southwest Telehealth Access Grid is assisting 
areas of the Navajo Nation, to enhance their broadband capacity for 
supporting telehealth through the FCC RHCPP.

The Southwest Telehealth Access Grid project

Service coverage areas include Ft. Defiance, Winslow, and Hardrock.
