 know,
 and I'm passing along here, an announcement regarding the state's FCC 
 Rural Health Care Pilot Program,
 the Southwest Telehealth Access Grid.    This initiative, led in large 
 part by Dale, has been long in
 becoming implemented, having been awarded initial funding some years 
 ago.    Congratulations.
