It provides Congress and the public with a statement of progress
on BTOP funded 'broadband stimulus' projects across the U.S.
Page 5 has a short update and photo on the NTUA (Navajo Tribal Utility Authority) project.
There are also notes on the role of libraries, and on many other states, communities and companies.
