[1st-mile-nm] 501(c)(12)s in New Mexico

It's a non-profit cooperative. Electric cooperatives, telephone, etc. are under that IRS 
classification. When I co-founded LCWA, I guessed that was the IRS category that we wanted 
to fall under, and I guess the IRS agreed, since we landed there.
